We believe that developing great legal professionals requires more than strengthening legal knowledge and technical skills. It also requires developing character, judgment, responsibility, and leadership.

As part of the RWT Half-Year Meeting 2026, held on 24 August 2026, our Founder and Managing Partner, Rachadawan (Pui) Kelar, led an internal leadership training session for the entire RWT team, applying the principles of Stephen R. Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to the legal profession.

The session explored the journey from personal effectiveness to interpersonal leadership, and how the 7 Habits can shape the way legal professionals think, communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and serve their clients.

At RWT, we believe that leadership does not begin with a title. It begins with the ability to lead ourselves.

The central message of the session was simple:

Competence establishes credibility.
Character builds trust.
Leadership sustains both.

As RWT continues to grow, our objective is not only to develop capable legal professionals, but also to nurture trusted professionals and future leaders who exercise sound judgment, act with integrity, collaborate effectively, and take responsibility for the trust placed in them.
