On Tuesday April 29th, RWT Founding Partner Rachadawan (Pui) Kelar and Julaluck Samkhumphim Senior Associate, from IP Enforcement, were invited to participate as a featured guest speaker for the “IPR Protection 101” event hosted by TikTok Shop at their Bangkok Headquarters.

This represented an insightful and impactful session which focused on navigating trademark and intellectual property rights, and best practices in IP protection; an issue that has continued to become an increasingly important factor in the digital economy.

RWT, as the official partner of React in Thailand, actively supports the global battle to eliminate such actions of the manufacture, sale, and distribution of counterfeit goods. As such, RWT works closely with major online platforms, including TikTok Shop, to enforce IP rights, protect brands, and promote compliance throughout the e-commerce community.
