As part of its ongoing commitment to consumer protection in Thailand, RWT is proud to announce that on May 13, 2025, at 1:30 PM, Mr. Phusit Yamgate, Senior Associate in the Litigation Department, had the honor of attending the Meeting of the Committee and Advisors of the Consumer Protection Office, Lawyers Council Under the Royal Patronage.

In his capacity as a member of the Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Mr. Phusit participated in the session, which was presided over by Mr. Amorn Kusol, Chairman of the Subcommittee.

The meeting focused on the continuation of pending agenda items and deliberated on legal support in cases involving tortious acts, claims for damages, and matters concerning the protection of consumer rights.

RWT sincerely appreciates the opportunity for Mr. Phusit to contribute to this important initiative. We remain committed to supporting and strengthening consumer protection efforts through active legal engagement and collaboration with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
