Thailand Online IP Enforcement: RWT & DIP Workshop to Fight Digital Infringement

On 1st December 2025, our firm had the privilege to collaborate with the Suppression Division of the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) in hosting a dedicated workshop focused on enhancing Thailand’s enforcement capabilities against online intellectual property infringements.

The session brought together enforcement officers, legal experts, and platform stakeholders to discuss:

🔹 investigative techniques for digital evidence, and
