Professional Experience

As a member of the RWT Litigation and IP Divisions, Mr. Vichapas Chamnanyont provides a key role within multiple practices within the firm. As an Associate within the Software License Compliance and Litigation Divisions, Vichapas has proven to be a valuable resource collaborating on all matters in regard to the raid action process and interaction with the relevant judicial ministries.

Specific areas in his scope of work also include the preparation and the drafting of specific raid requests. Also the collection and submission of all documentation needed concerning the specific client. Under the supervision of the Director of the LC Division, Vichapas has begun taking an active role in the negotiations and settlement phases. In addition to the previously mentioned duties, Vichapas also maintains a key role in the maintenance of dispute resolution in regard to the collection of disqualified cheques with the specific parties under contractual obligations.

Vichapas also provides critical support to the Director of Litigation Services by providing legal notices and demand letters, creation of the civil complaint, as well as all supported documentation needed.

With additional experience in matters of Real Estate law, Vichapas can support the team to provide due diligence as well as draft or edit contracts and related documents.
