As an Associate here at RWT, Supapath Srikamol has proven an asset as a team member in the firm as well as expanding his role in the International Community on both Trademark Infringement and Copyright Matters. While actively providing support in multiple areas of IP Enforcement, Supapath continues to build upon his strong legal foundation that he continues to grow academically while also focusing on expanding his practical expertise to become an integral part in the License Compliance Division of RWT. With an active passion for IP Enforcement as well as proving an asset to the Litigation Team with his attention to detail and procedure in litigation, the professionalism and legal knowledge as well as with the multi-cultural communication skills shown, Supapath has expanded his role in this specialized division of RWT which includes his representation of well-known International Brands and Clientele from various industries involving complex casework. He continues to expand his role by enforcing the intellectual property rights of our clients in collaboration with Law Enforcement Agencies in Raid Actions, Cease & Desist Letter Campaigns as well as interacting with Government Agencies and Ministries for the Trademark Enforcement Division on infringement issues.

Applying his strong academic background to his expanded scope of responsibilities at the firm, Supapath has taken a proactive role in all areas of the Software License Compliance Division. These include such matters as those directly involving Dispute Resolution Cases as well as cross-border transactions, due diligence, and financial discovery of assets as well as the core duties involved in our Litigation Division which involve appearing in court with the Litigation Team as well as providing key legal research within this specialized division of RWT.

In the area of IP Issues, Supapath has applied his skills attained to become an active member of both our negotiating and mediation teams. By actively engaging in raid actions, chain-of-evidence custody, discovery, and legal advice which provide the team with the critical assistance needed in cross-cultural Negotiations.

• Barrister-at-Law, Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.
• Attorneys License-The Lawyers Council of Thailand.
• Certificate of General Course on Intellectual property, World Intellectual Property Organization – (WIPO)
