Expertise in the process of IP enforcement since assisting in the investigation conducted by our investigators, Phiraporn is responsible for checking the investigation report, which leads to analyzing and advising recommendations to our clients. In addition, she proceeds with further legal action to enforce against infringers, such as preparing Cease and Desist letters to send or handing them to infringers, both offline and online. In some situations, she will contact or have conversations with infringers to persuade them to comply with our agreements, including coordinating with authorities related to proceeding with raid actions against infringers. Additionally, Phiraporn has started learning about the process of trademark registration to support multiple areas of our Intellectual Property Division and expand her knowledge in the future.
