Patcharaporn Thongprapai is an associate at RWT. As an associate in the IP Division, Patcharaporn provides a wide range of support in various areas and complex matters in the Intellectual Property Division. With a particular focus in the area of Trademark, Copyright and Patent law, Patcharaporn focuses on a wide range of duties in support. With extended experience in this area, Patcharaporn is able to conduct due diligence as needed regarding trademark and patent applications as well as collaborating with a diverse clientele in matters of enforcement.

Her role is all stages of trademark protection from providing pre-filing advice through registration as well as appeals, oppositions, cancellations also monitoring the client marks.

Patcharaporn is high experience in intellectual property field, in particular to patent and trademark registration. Patcharaporn manages variety of patent and trademark applications also work closely with regional, national, and international agencies and ministries.
