Expertise in all processes of trademark registration providing trademark search until registration as well as oppositions, counter statements, appeals, watching orders and canceling any trademarks/service marks. One of her key strengths lies in the ability to not only secure trademark registrations but also in protecting the client’s brand. Whether it involves devising strategies to mitigate potential infringements or providing counsel on brand enhancement, she is dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the reputation and value of clients’ brands.
