On 27th May 2026, our IP enforcement team had participating in MOU Signing Ceremony with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to Strengthen Intellectual Property Enforcement Cooperation in Thailand

RWT was honored to participate in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony organized by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), aimed at strengthening cooperation between the Intellectual Property Crime Division and representatives of rights holders in enhancing the effectiveness of intellectual property protection and enforcement in Thailand.

The event reflects a significant milestone in fostering stronger collaboration between public authorities and private sector stakeholders in addressing increasingly sophisticated intellectual property infringement activities across both physical and digital environments.

Having worked closely with the Intellectual Property Crime Division for over two decades, RWT recognizes the critical role of inter-agency cooperation, operational coordination, and strategic enforcement mechanisms in protecting intellectual property rights and maintaining confidence in Thailand’s business ecosystem.

We remains committed to supporting Thailand’s intellectual property enforcement framework through close collaboration with enforcement authorities, rights holders, and international partners in combating counterfeiting, piracy, and other forms of IP infringement.
