Wara Radchahad is an Associate in the IP Enforcement Division of RWT. While part of the legal team, Wara has collaborated and excelled in her position by supporting her team and Senior Staff in multiple areas of our Intellectual Property Division.

Wara has been able to attain valuable knowledge and experience in multiple areas of the firm which she has used effectively to become a leader in the IP Enforcement Team in particular. Her experience includes the preparation, collaboration, and effective enforcement of IP matters relating to due diligence, discovery, copyright matters, trademark prosecution,  brand enforcement matters as well as cross-border communication. As an Associate at RWT, Wara has proven herself to be a confident and proactive  in our investigation and enforcement division as well as offering assistance in a variety of areas in our IP practice. As part of the legal team at RWT, Wara will continue to positively impact the team playing a vital role in the day-to-day operations within our IP Enforcement Division. This includes coordinating with government agencies and ministries,as well as cooresponding law enforcement to provide a primary point of contact as a legal enforcement liaison to our international clientele in brand protection matters.  This includes a primary focus of leading the investigation team thru the evidentiary process, the preparation of investigation reports, while also determining the proactive measures needed to further provide recommendions to clients as to additional legal proceedings.

As a key member of our IP team, Wara has assisted in a wide range of Copyright /Trademark matters which have continued to accelerate her growth as part of the RWT Team. Wara has continued to actively manage and gather further valuable experience in advising, filing, and submitting legal documentation as requested. As a representative of our Brand Protection Team during onsite trainings and workshops, she has used her proficiency in both English and Thai to share and educate members of the law enforcement community on topics involving multiple topics involving the updated developments in the identification of infringements as well as collaborating with the Senior Staff to assist in all areas of client services worldwide.
