Professional Experience

Rachadawan Kelar is the Managing Partner at RWT International Law Offices. As such, Rachadawan focuses on key strategic, cultural, and operational initiatives and works closely with the firm’s board of directors and executive leadership team in establishing strategic and operational priorities. She also counsels’ businesses in such matters concerning government, investigatory situations, and software license compliance matters. Her clients represent the most well-known companies in various industries including software and license compliance, financial services, consumer goods including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and luxury goods.

In addition to serving as managing partner, Rachadawan is in the forefront of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. Her guidance and insight have been invaluable in creating a multitude of services regarding the investigation and enforcement of IP matters.

Prior to the creation of RWT International Law, Rachadawan was the principal attorney handling license compliance issues as well as IP investigation and enforcement matters for over a decade. Over the course of her career, she personally established and oversaw the development of IP Investigation and enforcement divisions in the top international firms in Thailand. In this capacity, she oversaw all internal and external communications, financial planning, leadership development, client relations, and international training programs while also responsible for coordinating with multiple governmental agencies including customs and DIP, law enforcement both local and national, and the international clients for whom she represents.
