Rachadawan Kelar, also known as Pui, is the founder and Managing Partner of RWT, a full-service law firm established in 2016, specializing in corporate, commercial agreements, intellectual property (IP), and cybersecurity matters in Thailand. Pui’s strategic approach to IP enforcement involves in-depth research, analysis, and collaboration with clients to devise comprehensive strategies. With over 15 years of legal practice in Thailand, Pui remains dedicated to staying abreast of the latest developments in IP law and industry trends to provide informed counsel to clients. As Managing Partner, she collaborates with the board of directors and executive leadership to develop strategic solutions for clients, particularly in areas such as PDPA compliance and IP enforcement. Pui also assists clients in drafting cybersecurity incident response plans and conducts tabletop exercises to prepare for potential data breaches or cyber-attacks, remaining updated on cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
